Leading financial group provides startup funds for
new EMS squad functional team
Blackrock, Inc., a premier provider of global
investment management, risk management
and advisory services to institutional and
retail clients around the world, announced today a
$1,000 grant to Edison FAS#2 for uniforms for the
newly operations Special Teams and Resources Group
(STAR). The uniforms, made by 5.11 Tactical, will be
the primary uniform for the Mass Care and Rehab
teams, providing advanced tactical and protective
features to the team members during arduous Special
Operations missions. Blackrock representative Abigail
Reynolds states in her award notice that, "we take
every opportunity to support organizations that
improve the quality of life in the communities where
our employees live and work".
Daniel Januseski, STAR Group supervisor, stated a vendor for the new uniforms has not yet been chosen, but that the final bid specification was complete.
